From the moment their mind the gap relationship went public last year, Harry Styles and Caroline Flack were one of showbizs most talked about couples.
But as One Direction take the US by storm, we can reveal that Harry is still in regular contact with TV host Caroline, 32, joking to bandmates: ‘She wont stop texting us.
A source close to the band tells us: ‘Caroline and Harry have been texting a lot while the boys have been away on tour.
Last week Xtra Factor presenter Caroline, 32, was the first person to congratulate the boys for becoming the first UK group to top the US charts with their debut album on the week of its release.
Our source adds: ‘The boys from Big Time Rush, who One Direction are supporting, have been asking him about Caroline as theyve heard from the other lads about him dating an older woman.
‘In one of her texts, Caroline made a joke to Harry about all the female attention theyve been getting on the tour, but talking about that to her still makes him feel a bit uncomfortable.
A source close to Caroline shot down suggestions that shed been in too much contact, saying: ‘She sees Harry as a friend and wouldnt text him if he didnt text her back.
